To this end, Shaanxi Electric Power Company is seeking new technical solutions to improve the quality of power asset inspection work, and ensure power equipment will be always in normal operation.
Challenges
1. For the daily inspection work management, it is impossible to ensure that the inspection duty personnel could arrive at the scene and operate according to the predetermined standards, the personnel can fill in the recorded loopholes at will.
2. The information that recorded in form is limited in capacity and cannot fully record the status of devices.
3. There is lack of on-site inquiries for inspection details and operating specifications for each substation equipment.
