Background
Skustack was conceived by the SellerCloud team in response to customer demand for fully integrated WMS. Traditional WMS provides tools to complete common warehouse-related tasks。 In order to simplify multi-channel inventory management for existing seller cloud clients, Skustack developed the entire solution based on Chainway C72 UHF RFID reader for efficient inventory operations, which allows users to quickly know the quantity and location of their inventory, and ensures that shipments are delivered with the highest efficiency.
Solution
The unique identifiable barcode is pasted for each warehouse item as the ID of each item. When the item enters and exits the warehouse, the barcode is scanned by C72 to automatically record Information, and transmit them to the database system through the network with high efficiency and accuracy.
Effects
1. The error rate of manual data collection can be greatly reduced, and the efficiency of goods entering and leaving the warehouse can be improved.
2. It realizes the full-information traceability management of warehouse items. When items are illegally taken out of the warehouse, they can automatically alarm, which can effectively reduce the loss of items.
