Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibility: 
1. Responsible for the company's product technical support, assisting R&D personnel with technical consultation and answers to overseas market customers;
2. Able to complete technical exchanges and program writing for customers, and be able to communicate directly and in depth with customers on related issues;
3. Able to understand customer business needs, provide solutions and technical suggestions;
4. Able to explain and train customers on the technical level about the company's products;
5. Write technical support documents or function usage documents;

Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree or above through unified enrollment, in majors such as computer science or communication.
2.Strong logical thinking skills. Knowledge of the Android system is required. 3.Familiarity with RFID and PDA products is preferred.
4.Strong self-learning ability and the ability to solve problems independently.
5.Good at teamwork and communication. Strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal communication skills
