a. Apply RMA list and non-commercial invoice from service center.
b. Please declare delivery as normal USB barcode reader with the piece of $25 per unit and do not send back the accessories especially batteries if they are working fine. Please send back by DHL/Fedex if it is possible since this would be easier for custom clearance. Fill and send RMA request sheet and non-commercial invoice by paper copies. And send the faulty devices no more than 3 pieces in one packet.

a. Switch on the device.
b. Double click Appcenter.
c. Double click icon “WIFI”.
d. Click the button “Open WIFI” and wait about 4 sec.
e. In the page “GARNETSDN1” click option “Wireless information” to select WIFI that can be connected.

a. Dismantle the battery on the back.
b. Serial number locates on the rear of device as ABC******.

a. Use other same type of battery and try to switch on the device.
b. Connect the device with same type adaptor to switch on.
c. Reflash operating system.
d. Contact sale representative or service center and send the device back for R&M.

a. Click button “Start” on screen page.
b. Click “Settings”.
c. Click “Control Panel”.
d. Double-click option “Power” in control panel to check battery volume.

a. Switch input state as numeric by press the orange button on keyboard.
b. Double click “Appcenter”.
c. Press and hold left-side button, then press 1,2,3 successively on keyboard to call-out function configuration.

a. Switch off the device at first.
b. Press power-on button and left-arrow together at the same time and hold for about 5 sec.
c. Then you can see a white screen page with a few options on it, select "Restore factory settings" by arrow button and select it by press the scan button on the keyboard to reset.

a. Double click “Appcenter”.
b. Double click “Bluetooth”
c. Click button “Search” on the screen page to search for available devices that can be used for data transfer.
d. Select the device that you want to transfer data by clicking button “DataTransfer” on the screen page.

a. Switch on the device.
b. Double-click “Appcenter”.
c. Double-click icon “GPS”.
d. Now you can click the button “Get data” on the screen to acquire GPS data.

a. Switch on the device.
b. Double-click “Appcenter”.
c. Double-click icon “UHF”.
d. Now you can scan UHF tags with button “ReadEPC” on the screen or the trigger on pistol.

a. Switch on the device.
b. Double-click “Appcenter”.
c. Double-click icon “2D_S”.
d. Now you can scan 2D code and 1D code with “Scan” button on the screen or the trigger on pistol.
