This company has warehouses across India and stocked with large quantity and variety of goods. So the manual process of inventory management was a time consuming and costly affairs.
  • Manual entry of stocks were subject to error. Real stocks always mismatch with data.
  • No real-time update on particular stock availability.

Solution
Chainway C3000 handheld computer can automatically identify and record goods information with the help of barcode scanner technology. The system can confirm the entry of goods in warehouse after scanning the barcode label with C3000 handheld scanner and record automatically updates in central database of warehouse. At this step stock keeper can store the goods quickly at the right place. From inbound to outbound inventory information, every data can be stored and transferred from different centres to main data base on real time bases. By just loading information on handheld devices, management can have real access to information.
