Case background

After a study, Columbia Banks expressed its confidence in Chainway P80 tablets and appointed it in its banks for verification of credit card applications. As a result, the bank got a lot of help to issue credit cards. The use of P80 Tablet was so convenient that the bank employee could easily carry out its application verification through a customer’s fingerprint scanning by visiting the customer’s place. The bank could now with great perseverance and accuracy issue credit cards to all the residents without any geographical interruption, which helped it greatly in growing its business.

  • Credit card applications are now processed on a real-time basis, due to which the crowd of people at the bank counter has reduced and this has also led to customer satisfaction.
  • Due to the convenience of customers to apply for credit card applications at home, many people are now applying for credit cards. As a result, the credit card division of the bank is showing good profitability.
  • With the help of automatic deification, now the customers’ information is also safe and there is no chance of errors in information processing.
  • By introducing new technology to serve its customers. Bank has enhanced its competitiveness in the market.
