Background

Challenges
 
1. Manual recording for the cash processing during the input-output of vault's inventory, and cycle-counting is inefficient and error-prone.
2. It is impossible to supervise the implementation of the work process and control the transfer process like sensitive resources.
3. The collaboration of various departments comes with low efficiency that hinders the operation and business management.
4. The bank management team has no smooth channel to collect and analyze business operations data. It affects the management's capability to develop and implement the perfect management strategies.
5. There is no real-time early warning and supervision mechanism. Once any problem occurs, it is tough to deal with the first place or find the person in charge quickly.
 
Solution
 
Chainway provided the Bank of Ganzhou with an efficient RFID and barcode application solution to achieve intelligent cash vault inventory management. The bank's clerk receives the data of input-output orders of the vault inventory through the handheld terminal and scans the tag & barcode label pasted on the vault to record the cash process automatically. Meanwhile, the data is transmitted to the server via a wireless network to ensure information security. It significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of cash processing and remarkably reduces the risks of errors and delays.
