Mobile Office Project of Highway ETC

Background
According to a study by the Ministry of Transport, the proportion of ETC used by vehicles at highway entrance will reach 90% by the end of the year, which means that the ETC users will continue to expand. In response to the Ministry of Transport's policy on highway ETC development and actively fulfill social responsibilities, an enterprise decided to introduce an ETC smart tablet for the ETC office management. It brings travel efficiency and comfort for residents.
 
Challenges
1. The vehicle owner should bring an ID card and vehicle driving license to the designated office to apply for OBU and designated stored-value card or debit card. Usually, there are queues to make an appointment for installation. The process is tedious and ends up with a poor experience for the customer.
2. Once the installation is completed, one should move to a specific outlet to handle it. If any change is required, the person needs to wait for a line time in a queue that wastes more time and energy.
3. The workload of data statistics and management is heavy. The managers cannot quickly know the status of business operations for further data analysis and decision management.
 
Solution
