In retail receiving, parcels may get damaged, and products may get unqualified or discrepant. Operators can record any of these situations on Chainway mobile computer, and add photos in the notes. It provides warehouse operators with proof to communicate with suppliers or transport agencies.
 
The use of 1D/2D barcodes, UHF/HF/LF RFID rags, Chainway mobile computers, and wireless network improves productivity and reduce errors in retail receiving. A good start ensures that orders are properly put away at the correct slot of warehouse, later are correctly packed and shipped to the correct retailing stores or customers on the correct date.
