Background
 
A Bank faces a large amount of cash flow every day. At present, the transfer of cash boxes completely relies on manual operation. The measure of copying and writing by hand is cumbersome and inefficient. And it is easy for counterfeit staff to transfer cash boxes, resulting in having the “blind zone” and security risks.
 
Challenges
 
  • There is no electronic identity for cash boxes, so it is necessary that cash boxes are returned to the vault every night for centralized classification management, which has low work efficiency and high labor cost.
  • It only relies on the magnetic stripe, simple documents, spoken password to carry out the identity authentication of the personnel during the transfer of cash boxes between the vault and the outlets. It is prone to counterfeiting, forgery, etc., causing potential safety hazards.
  • Handover procedures are manually registered, which is cumbersome and inefficient.
  • There are no real-time electronic records in cash flow business process. Reports cannot be automatically generated.

Based on advanced RFID identification and tracking technology, Chainway helps to realize the tracking of cash box transfer and cash logistics. Electronic management for cash boxes
Each cash box is labeled with the two-dimensional code or the electronic tag. Staff can scan the two-dimensional code or electronic tag by the PDA to confirm the identity information of the cash box with ease.

Intelligent identification of Personnel by PDA is safer and more reliable than manual measures.
 
Intelligent handover management
With the PDA, it optimizes the workflow for rapid personnel identification and batch identification of cash boxes, making the handover faster, safer and more accurate.
 
Real-time monitoring of cash box flow
The real-time tracking of cash box transfer and cash logistics can be realized based on RFID technology, so that the manager can perform real-time monitoring of the entire cash flow.
