Background
 
The car company has many modern factories in many provincial capital cities. Due to its large system, numerous factories and types of automobile production parts, how to efficiently and accurately count the molds and parts in the factory is one of the main problems faced by SAIC production department.

Attaching the anti-metal label to the metal parts and molds, staff can use C72 UHF smart handheld terminal to scan the anti-metal labels, so as to easily realize the efficient inventory of the parts and molds in the factory. Meanwhile, the data of all the counts can be uploaded to the data center for enterprise management through the wireless network. In the case of maximum labor cost savings, it is possible to efficiently cycle-count parts and molds at all sites with low error rates.
