UHF-based Solution for A Local Designer Brand in China

Background
 
The local designer brand was founded in Hangzhou and has established direct sales, operation and sales services in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and overseas North America, New York, Canada and Vancouver. It also has developed hundreds of dealers, located in mainland China's first- and second-tier cities, with more than 500 stores. At the same time, it established brand terminal sales and service system in Russia, Georgia, Spain, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan and other countries and regions. In order to further enhance the digital operation management of the store and improve the quality of customer service, the company cooperated with Chainway to use C76 UHF RFID reader.
 
Challenges
 
  • When looking for goods for customers, manual search on the computer often takes a long time, so that the customer is lost due to the long waiting time.
  • The daily commodity inventory is heavy-loaded, and takes a lot of manpower and cost.
  • The statistics of the goods are more cumbersome, and the counter sales cannot be timely updated so that it is impossible to ensure a sufficient supply of goods at all times.
  • The data collection between the various chain stores is difficult. The headquarters cannot obtain the sales data of each chain store quickly, which negatively affects the timely adjustment of inventory configuration and related strategies based on the market.

Chainway empowers the local designer brand with C76 UHF handheld terminal in various data collection links of store management. The intelligent batch reading management of the link apparel goods has greatly liberated the labor force and made the business work of each link more precise and efficient.
